Congrats!! MPA or MPP?

Given how few students they admit, I doubt that they wouldn't hit send on all the "YES!" emails at once. Guess it's not a surprise, but I'm definitely disappointed.

In at SIPA but no funding, ugh. Crossing my fingers that Fletcher & WWS like me a bit more on Friday!!

So I take it that only one letter in the portal means no funding? I know SIPA is stingy with $$ but I was hoping for at least something...
