Thanks! I'm sorry to hear that. I went to Tyler undergrad, bummer that it left a bad taste in your mouth. Loved the painting program but the whole post-bacc stuff, blah, I'm sure its fine or whatnot but its all snake oil salesmen to me.

Just got a rejection from VCU via snail mail, trying to sell me the summer program but I got accepted to UIowa! plus funding - call this morning

Email, telling me to check my status. Funny, I thought I was in the green due to the "cyber-voo-doo" in regards to the mfa/no mfa with painting earlier in the topic

Ugh. rejected from columbia painting as of 10 minuets ago. has anyone else not heard anything from VCU or UT Austin painting? I know they've done interviews etc... I'm assuming rejection. Still waiting on UCLA and UIowa - I'm assuming/hoping they haven't started responding yet for painting, at least I haven't seen any interview announcements on this board that I can remember

me too (painting)! Ive got my fingers crossed. I'm a big fan of UIowa's painting program -- and still no word yet from UT Austin or VCU though they've already been doing their interviews....blahh..anxiety man

Rejected from Rutgers -- kind of bummed about it but so it goes Still haven't heard back from VCU, UT Austin or Columbia -- from what I know the interview process have started and I've got my fingers crossed. Every time I get an out of area number I hope its them

Getting anxious now that people have been hearing back from UT Austin and VCU, I applied to both for painting. Question, those who are hearing back, have you already filed your Fafsa? (its on my to do this this week...)
