ProspectiveInterStudent

So I applied to 2 schools for masters in Civil Engineering (fall 2016) and I got accepted at both. I am currently about to complete undergrad at Waterloo and I am accepted here by a prof. who is also funding me. I am also accepted to GATech with no funding. I am not in debt from my undergrad, but still money is tight (yet GATech is doable). What do you guys think? Should I stick with Waterloo for a bit more or go on an adventure to GATech? Is it worth it?
