  1. Mine says the same thing, but I was contacted by BU last month when my GRE scores were missing. They confirmed everything was fine after the score issue was solved, so I'm thinking that it's part of the process (as odd as it seems). If you still have doubts I'd just contact them.
  2. Good idea. I have only heard from one of my 4 places, and I interviewed there recently. I thought it went mostly well until I met with my POI. He seemed disappointed at the fact that I was lacking some technical courses, so I'm not feeling very hot about it. At this point I don't expect much from 2 of the other places, so I'm only hoping for Boston U now. Pretty bad application season for me. I did better before I had publications and relevant experience. Oh well.
  3. I hear you. Seeing so many people get interviews can be very depressing. I hope things work out for you and you hear from someone soon.
  4. I haven't heard anything since December 16th. Slow doesn't begin to cut it. The hopemeter is reaching an all time low.
  5. I personally think so, for sure. The fact that they sent stuff in mid-December and no one has heard back makes me think they are done. But I'm still holding on to false hope. EDIT: Nevermind, someone just said they got an interview email yesterday. I hate and love this new glimpse of hope.
  6. This is my second and last time. My Plan B is to change careers completely. I landed a good research job, and there is no growth in what I want to do without a Ph.D. Might move to one of those lucrative fields and complain about my job along with all of my friends.
  7. That's what's confusing me as well. I'm secretly hoping that my POI just didn't call me and is waiting for the official email to go out in January. In reality, though, my hopes have gone down to almost 0. I just want them to send me a rejection email so I can stop thinking about it. Congrats to everyone that got an interview.
