CIR Grad now headed to PhD programs. It's the only master's program in the US that really focuses on (and succeeds at) getting people into political science PhD programs. UChicago is a rich school, so it's worth pinging at least about more funding. Happy to answer more questions via PM.

That's me. Called the department and confirmed. Dept admin was extremely apologetic that I hadn't received informal offer, and said it was an administrative oversight. Weird all around, but not a spam admit.

If they were truly sneaky, they would wait until they have all of us out there enjoying the California "winter" and free food before dropping funding news on us. My POI email said "expect a 5-year package", but I haven't heard more.

Also claiming an MIT. Got a call from POI late Friday afternoon EST, and he said it was the first call he'd been able to make; and that he had a number left to do. Sounds like they really trickle out according to Prof's schedules.
