My Northwestern Application is "Complete."
However, my Stanford application is "Incomplete." From previous years, I believe that this is just a computer error. They are pretty good with notifying applicants whose files are incomplete.
Anyone else applying to University of Chicago?
Also, I decided to not apply to University of Pittsburg, University of Maryland College Park, or UT San Antonio for various reasons.
So, my final school list is: UCLA, UC Irvine, Northwestern, Scripps, UW Madison, UPenn, UNC Chapel Hill, Purdue, Boston University, U Michigan Ann Arbor, UIUC, Yale, Princeton, Stanford
Sending good vibes to you all!
I noticed that on the survey page also. They are all International, which makes sense because the deadline was Dec 1st.
We should hear back from a couple schools this week..I have one unofficial acceptance so far from a school I submitted this week.
Yes, I'm applying to Scripps. I'm interested in organometallic (Engle or Yu's lab). Are you total synthesis?
Scripps is one of my top choices. I love the atmosphere and that the graduate experience is different from that of a traditional university.
I agree, based on last year's results (I think metallocene and another poster experienced this). I'm hoping you get an acceptance ochemist!
Mine is still under review
When did you submit your application? I submitted on Dec 1st.
I don't know if I can sleep tonight guys! ! I'm so hype. I just got home from the lab and it's only a bit before 12am. I don't think I can wait until 6
I had a dream last night/this morning that NSF was updating fastlane with hashtags leading up to the reveal. Very strange.
Can't wait to stayup with you all on reveal night!
Hi all,
I'm a new member and a long time lurker.
I have a random question. Does nsf look negatively on those that currently hold fellowships? I mentioned that I had a fellowship but stupidly did not mention that it is only 2 years. I tried to change the info but could not per nsf policy.
