I have been invited to a phone interview with the University of Oxford. A few weeks back they sent me 4 mostly technical questions I had to answer within 48 hours, so I'm wondering, could I still expect technical questions during the phone interview? Or will it be behavioral, given that they already tested my technical ability?

I made the terrible mistake of applying to Columbia's M.S. in Computer Engineering instead of M.S. in Computer Science. I got (logically) rejected from Comp Engineering 2 days ago. Does anyone know if it's possible to apply for Computer Science at this point? It looks like they admit on a rolling basis, but I'm just not sure if they allow 2 applications for the same semester (even if one was a mistake). I already emailed them asking to use my Comp Eng. application for Comp Sci consideration, but they seem slow to respond.
