Grad Programs with Aural Rehab concentration

Hello All! I am hoping someone could help me out. My interest in Speech path lies mostly in working with the Deaf and Hard of Hearing community. I am very interested in Aural Re/habilitation. My ultimate goal is to become an AVT. I am a senior undergrad student and I am beginning the process of applying to graduate schools for Fall 2017. Besides Gallaudet, I was hoping someone would be able to tell any other schools/programs that have an emphasis in aural rehab and/or working with the Deaf and Hard of Hearing population. Any help is much appreciated! Thanks!
