Just got a " Congratulations On Your Fulbright U.S. Student Award " e-mail, but still nothing with (P) in the subject... anxiously awaiting that second e-mail, as I've been burned before (UCSD accidentally sent me an acceptance once). Cautiously celebrating that I am likely going to Norway next year!

I think the answer is "sometimes", possibly if they have a specific question or concern. They contacted my PI when I applied to Norway in 2013 to ask if he would be willing to help me find housing. Didn't hear anything this year though.

Denmark, Sweden, and Finland have all notified... leaving Norway (the country I applied to) as the only Nordic country that hasn't notified yet. I'm not sure if having this information is helping or hurting my psychological state. Phew!

Whoa, that's the earliest Denmark has notified in recent history!
