    Congrats! I just got informed that I am on the waitlist, so fingers cross. I have not been able to get in contact with them through email at all. I want to ask how many people there are on the waitlist.

    Hi all, I just got accepted to the Interdisciplinary Master's in Art, Media and Design program at OCAD University in Toronto. Is there anyone who knows the school or the program? Also how is the art scene in Toronto? Thank you!

    Thank you for the update! Yea when I email on Monday, I was told the admission committee might be done with decision this week. I guess it's going to be next week then, fingers cross!

    Hi! I heard that SVA Photography is more commercial while as SFAI focus more on conceptual works. However, I am not 100% sure its true. Do you get any funding for both of them?

    I think he is comparing SFAI with CCA not CalArt. However, interesting opinion and makes me worry a little bit lol

    No, I applied for Photo, and I have not receive any information since then so I assumed I was rejected long ago. Today they updated the status on my account.

    Got rejected from Columbia this afternoon. Waiting for NYU as well, I did my interviewed on March 9th too! So anxious...

    One thing worries me is that the new grad studios are 20 mins away from the campus where the lab and other facilities are located.

    NYU just finished their interview last week, they said in the interview they will contact in 2-4 weeks, sometime around the end of March or beginning of April.

    Hi all, is there anyone had an interview with NYU MFA Studio Art and can share some information like how many faculties will be there and what questions will they ask? Thank you!

    Finished my interview with RISD Photo. I think I did poorly though. I was rushing to answer the question, so my answer wasn't elaborated nicely. It only take 10 mins for the question part and I have to fill the other 10 mins with questions. Fingers cross, I want it so badly...can't believe I blew it like that.

    Hey, thank you! I am doing Photography. From the look of it, they may do it wave by wave, I don't really have much time slot to choose. Only on Thursday and Friday afternoon.

    Hi all, after an interview for SFAI on 4th Feb, I have not heard anything from other seven schools I applied too. Finally today I got an interview via email for NYU MFA next Thursday. Hopefully, things will get better from now on. I am so anxious right now. Did anyone finish the interview with NYU? It will be great if I know what questions to expect. Thanks! Updated: Receive interview invite from RISD Photo too. My heart is going to explode.

    No, I am doing photography. However, I believe it is the same program under MFA Studio Art. In the info session, they mention that they will admit about 10-12 students each year, regardless of the medium of our practice.

    I also apply for RISD MFA photography. I email them for update, and they told this morning me that my files are still under review by the department.

    I am waiting for MFA Studio Art at NYU. Since I submitted my application in Dec 22 2016, I literally heard nothing back from them...
