Can you please tell me if that website is the same to the one where you submit you application? I am applying to MS in structural engineering and haven’t received a response yet

I'm pretty sure Berkeley faculty likes to keep their undergrads with 3.7+ and great extracurriculars.
I was on steel bridge, and we won nationals 2 years in a row. Nearly everyone I knew on those teams did SEMM at Berkeley. From what I remember, 3.5/3.6 was the cutoff at times, and other years it was much stricter. I also recall that it really depends on the admissions officer, which changes every year.
This year it was an old professor of mine

Could you share your undergrad school /gpa/gre scores? Trying to get a few for the pool

@strawberrykat It's nice knowing there are others in a similar situation.

Congrats on Carnegie Mellon BTW! Looks like you're on a roll.

@BobW Basically in the same boat. I don't think I'll receive any aid and it sucks. Plus, the cost of living there is insane.

Also got into Carnegie Mellon today so that's exciting!

I was accepted into Stanford for MS in structural engineering. I applied in late November, and for some reason, I reckoned that my chance would increase if I do not indicate intent for financial aid. Now I'm stuck with the conundrum of whether or not its financially feasible to shell out 100k for a 1-year MS degree. On one hand, it's a once in a life-time opportunity to live and study near Palo Alto, on the other hand, it's so god damn expensive....
