I don't think the places where you uploaded materials have an impact on the evaluation process. What else does the mail read except the international evaluation message? Anyway, as it almost approaches the result timeline, I hope we get lucky results in the next few days! praying..

Yeah I believe they make decisions on a rolling basis. Heard from another guy who received offer only 20 days after his submission to NYU Tandon.

Anyone received any notification yet? Though the 1st round result ddl is March 2th, I believe in December some of us will get a ticket! Best luck to all Wagner applicants!
