Sorry about CMU @Hamidoo and @Squidpunk! Sounds like they need to re-think having Caden rep their program though. Yikes. Thanks for the Northwestern update! I have been waiting to hear from them as well.

@KathryntheSM I will definitely let you know if/when I hear from them! Looking at last year's forum, it seems like first or second week of Feb is when they make initial contact. Was the SM deadline 1/9 as well?

@Hamidoo I'm so glad to hear your interview went well! I'm glad to know I'm not in the boat alone waiting on Northwestern (and others). This process is a practice in patience. @ctbck Thanks for the info! That's good to know. @MadamDirector and @Squidpunk Did you both respond "Ummm... ... ... because you're Yale." ?

Same! I didn't apply to BU, but UCSD just closed too. (I also applied to UMass Amherst.) Not expecting to hear from them for another month at least, but Northwestern needs to hurry up!

I received an email from them when each of my recommendation letters were received and an email waiving my application fee, but no "Your application is complete" email. As long as it says submitted, you should be all set!

Hey all! I'm new to the forum and new to the application process. Hope everyone is having a low stress January. I applied to: Yale (of course), UCSD, UMass Amherst, and Northwestern. Nothing yet, so I'm assuming Yale is a no. UCSD just closed and UMass closes the 15th, so here I wait. Congrats to everyone who procured a Yale interview already! Get it!!!
