Just a quick chime in based on our data. We see scores from about 1400 students a year and we've found that you can expect your score within +/- 3 points from the Powerprep assuming the powerprep was the test you took before taking your official GRE.
Your verbal score hardly masters for Compsci programs, but a 139 is a bit problematic. They will probably overlook it if your TOEFL is strong and your package is good. However, the quant score isn't as competitive for the top programs. I'd recommend a retake to try and get your Q score above 165 and V in at least the 145+ range.

You should check each programs averages specifically.
However, in my experience the writing score is often the least important part of an applications package. It's impressive, but it won't move the needle.
