Definitely UW-Madison first because of ranking. Second, my undergrad advisor went there and she really likes the school.

I don't think so. You still have hopes until you get a rejection notification from them. I haven't heard anything from them either. We're on the same boat.

I saw quite many admits from UCSD but I haven't got anything yet
