I see the thread got a lot longer than I first expected. Nice to see a lot of Master's applicants !!!
I haven't really been keeping up with the posts as the thread starter. 
So, here's an update! I, too,  just got accepted to JHU! I have Duke, BU, and JHU and I am not sure which one would be best for me.
If anybody has extra info about the schools (labs, neighborhood, curriculum, school atmosphere, etc), let me know as well!
maybe I should start a thread about choosing schools for BME in the Decisions forum and we can start discussing there without making this a decisions thread.

just got accepted into johns hopkins for bme this morning!! super happy but still waiting (and praying) for stanford the most!

Yes I believe they do a rolling admission... But I can't say for sure. I also submitted mine in early December, which I guess led me to have an earlier acceptance. However, I do know they have the admitted students welcome day march 23rd, so they've gotta accept/reject everyone by then.
I got an email after my acceptance that said May 15th is the deadline. 

Also got into Duke!! Got the news yesterday and I'm super freaking excited! 

Also just accepted to Duke! Very very very excited as they are my first choice 
 Feeling so relieved and not even anxious about waiting to hear back from the others!

@lafryHaha, hopefully!! I applied pretty late in January (didn't try for scholarship, since advisor at preview day said only 1 applicant from each department would receive it)
Major: BME at mid-tier UC
GPA: 3.81
GRE: V/Q/W 158/161/4.5
Experience: ~1 year research, 2 industry internships (1 well known pharma, 1 small startup), design competitions & some student projects

Also, I wouldn't worry too much about it; I think USC just admits as they read your applications, and I submitted mine in early December, well before their deadline!
