I forget which thread! I think it was either "Projected Acceptances" or "Projected Rejections," though...those and this one are the only threads I visit!

Are acceptances sent out individually or are they mass emails? I don't understand why it would take more than an hour I guess or even a second!!!!

Ugh this is the worst moment of the whole process, I think, when you see an acceptance but don't get one yourself and so you kind of assume the worst but don't even know....

Ugh me too. So acceptances took 1-2 days both years prior, you mean? GAHHHH the LITERALLY AT ANY MOMENT is the part that's killing me.

Ah, UMichigan too....does anyone know their processes for notification usually?

Do we think it's an implied rejection from Yale if no news/call today? In these cases is it worth calling or emailing to inquire about your individual status or should we give it some time?

Same boat here; I am truly going crazy. On the one hand it's a small stroke of luck none of the schools (except Chicago) I applied to have notified yet because I can still be hopeful...but I am afraid that this week will pass and I still won't have heard anything either way and that will just drive me insane. I'm thinking about emailing Yale and inquiring about my status because it seems people have heard back, but perhaps it's worth giving it another few days?

First time poster!!! I can't decide how self-destructive or self-helpful making an account here was... Re: the UPenn upcoming notifications, do they usually release acceptances and rejections all at once? I think I saw in another thread (though maybe it was Penn State? think it was U of Penn though) someone had called to inquire (and sadly heard they were rejected); is that because someone somewhere did hear back so it's now acceptable to ask, or can we do this at any point?
