I'm assuming that they'll send out the emails after business hours (I.e. 5~6 pm as stated above) since they probably don't want droves of unhappy applicants who got rejected mass calling them. I did notice that the status page on the application portal slightly changed. Before there were some paragraphs about "awaiting" status or whatever it was, regarding the office receiving documents. That's gone now. Anyone else notice this?
