I received an application status change in the application portal: "Your department has recommended a decision to the Graduate School. You will receive a final decision within two weeks." - Would you take this as a rejection, acceptance, or are you just as unsure as I am?

Has anyone heard anything yet about interviews/acceptances/rejections for the Applied Social and Health Psychology PhD Program at Colorado State - Fort Collins? Am I the only one out there who has applied??? I haven't seen anyone post about anything related to CSU for this program. The anxiety is so real.
