How much help would you get from family? If money is no problem, then go to B. If money is a potentially a problem then it has to be A. I'm talking about gifts like Christmas or things like that. Since you say B is a lot higher, I think you assume that your stipend raise will not cover the cost.

Accepted today into UW Madison and Duke University. Other acceptance were Ohio State and Case Western.Turned down by Michigan, Northwestern, Chicago, UCSD, Stanford and Yale. Still to interview at UNC and Vanderbilt.

Accepted into OSU and Case, Waiting on UW Madison and Duke, upcoming interviews at UNC and Vanderbilt and perhaps NE.

Interviews offered at : U Colorado Denver, Ohio State, Case Western, Northeastern, UW Madison, UNC, and Duke Michigan said no. Nothing yet from: Stanford, Yale, Vanderbilt, Northwestern, U Chicago, UCSD and not expecting to hear from any of them. Congrats on the UCSF and UCLA interviews, they are very impressive.
