Getting a thread going for BU! Was so surprised to hear from BU only a week after my interview with an acceptance and a scholarship! I'm in shock and so happy right now. Congrats to all who got in. I can't wait to hear all the good news.

Good luck to you too! I wish I could say I'm waiting patiently but I've been incredibly anxious, especially since interviews at BU and Emerson last weekend. Hoping that my nerves will settle soon!

Congratulations cef26! I just emailed the admissions office at MGH asking when we'd hear back. Fingers crossed for a phone call today!

One of them just replied and said it was a pleasure to meet me and thanked me for my kind words so I don't think the others not replying yet is anything bad! They can't tell me in an email either way.

I emailed all of my interviewers separately with a thank you and said that I enjoyed talking about them with (insert something unique we discussed). I haven't gotten any replies so I am not sure if they've seen my email and didn't reply, or haven't seen it. Either way, I am hoping that I made a good impression.

Not too bad! The professors who interviewed me were very nice and they ask more personality type questions than anything. Nothing technical. I am hoping I did well enough to get in but we'll see.

I'm curious too! I'm interviewing Friday and trying to prep with general interview questions I found online but I'm very nervous. BU is one of my top choices, if I get in and can figure out a way to afford it.

Don't be nervous! Maryland is sending acceptances in waves. The second one seems to have gone out Thursday 2/14 so you could be in the next one!

I applied to UMD (also a member of their undergrad Hearing and Speech program) around December 26th with references submitted around January 1st for a 1/4 deadline. I heard about my acceptance February 6th officially! They said they are still reviewing applications and will be for a few weeks. I don't think it has to do with when you submitted necessarily! Once they review it, you should hear probably a week after. Also got an acceptance from George Washington, which is rolling, on January 31st!
