  1. NYU. The Graduate Enrollment Services told me the program is still going out with decisions and that we can expect to hear in the next week or so...
  2. So, has NYU already sent all the acceptances?
  3. Thank you. I asked that question because on the US News website (in the section "Best Political Science Schools"), at the top of the page it says "Ranked in 2017, part of Best Social Sciences and Humanities Schools". Then, I supposed that the ranking that appears could have been done using an old survey. This may not be the case when they present the rankings of the universities, since they mention that they refer to the ranking of 2019.
  4. I read the comments and I found them very useful. When you say "mid-tier program", are you referring to the position of the university or the position of the program? Does anyone know how volatile are these rankings? I mean, are the us news rankings renewed EVERY year? Is it possible to access old rankings?
  5. Ok, thanks. Does anyone claim these acceptances? I've not seen anything from Columbia on the results page
  6. Anything from NYU or Columbia?
  7. Does anyone claim that Duke rejection? Did you receive an email or did you open the web form and see it there?
  8. Does anyone have neews from Pittsburgh?
  9. Now I was left with a doubt: Is Rice in a similar level than Notre Dame, WashU or Vanderbilt?
  10. Maybe the decision is made field by field by the respectives professors. This could be an explanation.
  11. I believe Rice's program is a good one. At least in CP. That's what I've heard. They also have a Joint MA in stats/Ph.D in polĂtical science for the students who wish to study something related to methods. It would be interesting to hear more opinions about it.
