  1. Thank you. I was wondering if the fact that I haven't received anything yet is better since I have to figure they may send out rejections first?
  2. I'm not sure if it is too early to start to be concerned... but I haven't heard back from many of the programs I've applied to yet and I'm worried that I'll have to take another year off. To apply to some online programs just in case?
  3. I am! I graduated in May 2019 but I am applying this cycle. Took a year off to work and save up
  4. Oh wow! That's awesome! Literally the reverse of each other's GPA lol! I messaged you.
  5. I will be interviewing for UH Manoa on Wednesday morning! Wish me luck. ?
  6. I attended CSUEB for undergrad, they have a very small, but very dedicated department in terms of opportunities for their students. The faculty within the department is first class.
  7. Ahhhh that is so exciting! It's nice to feel not so alone in this process. ☺️ I received my undergraduate degree from a CSU, so all of my pre-reqs have been met. I would totally recommend taking them online if you haven't met all of them- BUT, I would check with the departments first before you fork out more money for courses that they might be able to look over if you haven't taken them yet. Edit: Seeing now that you attended SDSU. I should say that my AAC and Aural Rehab pre-reqs were not met where I went to school (CSU East Bay) so I was honest and let them know. I have heard from some other members of my cohort that not having them wouldn't be an end-all/be-all for your application. So, I would definitely check-in with the department and explain to them what your school specifically offered and did not offer, and get their stance on it. I'd love to chat sometime about the process so we can bounce off of each other. Laurel

  9. Has anyone heard back from any of these grad programs yet?
  10. Mine has been doing the same. I wonder if it’s got a limit on how many times you can request an update?
