Good day, all! I am applying to LBJ at UT and probably The Bush School at Texas A&M as well. My application is pretty much complete; I only have left to upload my Statement of Purpose. I am getting somewhat nervous and second-guessing the strength of it and would like a few opinions. I'd rather do this by PM, so if anyone has a few minutes to spare is willing to read and provide feedback, place reply here and I will send it over. My GPA (3.4) and GRE (158V/157Q/4.5AW) could definitely be better, but my rec letters and SOP (I think) will be strong. I am hoping the rec letter does a bit to explain about my GPA and lack of extras. Thank y'all.

I know this is quite old and has no replies but...did you get in? I am applying by this year's priority deadline and am nervous about the length and overall content of my personal statement. Just wondering how you fared? -
I’ve found this site recently as I’ve been searching quite a bit for Master’s programs. I’d like to go for the MAff at LBJ. It’s been my dream school for a while. Also, I already live in Austin, love it, and will likely stay here after graduation. I’d, of course, like to obtain a scholarship/fellowship of some size. Just curious about the stats/profiles of students admitted into the program (and others at LBJ as well) and particularly those who were offered sizable scholarships/fellowships/stipends/etc? (Undergrad GPA, GRE, relevant experience, any non number value an institution would place particular in you)
