  1. I'm glad it all worked out for you! I am waiting to hear from two of my top programs and I am worried about having to reschedule them but being busy the other weekend they offer.
  2. How are you scheduling 9 interviews? Have you just been lucky and they are all on different weekends?
  3. Thank you! I will likely need it!
  4. Thank you! I also just got an email back from someone in their admissions department that it is fixed.
  5. Thank you! I contacted admissions and they got back to me that there was a glitch in their software, but it is now fixed.
  6. Yes, I am aware of the Dec 1st deadline. Today is Dec 1, and it is not yet 11:59PM . That is my confusion.
  7. I just went to submit my application to JHU BCMB program and was told the program was no longer accepting applications. The home page of the application states "If you are applying to multiple programs with different deadlines, each program’s application will stay open until the program deadline. The application will close at 11:59 pm EDT on the date of the program deadline." Am I misunderstanding this? Is the happening to anyone else?

I am also wondering whether I should be contacting P.I.s whose labs I would like to do rotations in or whether this is frowned upon in umbrella programs, as it might look like I am contacting them to increase my chances of getting into a program. Thanks!
  9. I am just an applicant but I will read it and give my opinion if you would life.
