I am also applying for PhD in bioinformatics program this year. Haven't heard anything back yet. My school list: Harvard BIG UNC BU University of Miami. Background: MS in bioinformatics from BU BS in Applied mathematics and biology from SBU 4th author on a Nature paper 4th author on a Nature neuroscience paper One year full time research experience in HMS
