I was accepted to UChicago's full-time program today! Congrats to everyone that has heard back so far!

I applied 11/29, so perhaps they're releasing them based on date? Guess we will see!

I'm in the same boat as you-- I applied early action and didn't receive an email at midnight nor has there been an update to my portal. I am staying hopeful for both of us!

So we're definitely hearing back by this Friday? Or is that when they're starting to send out decisions?

I am SO awkward on the phone asking for decision statuses! I feel your pain. For some reason I have my hopes up to hear something by Friday for early decision applicants. Guess we'll have to wait and see.

The person I spoke to said I should hear back by the end of January so just a little while longer! Thank you so much ❤️

Thanks! This gave me the courage to call-- my application has yet to be updated I think it is taking a little while longer because I applied close to the final deadline. Hopefully I hear something in the next two weeks or so.

I've been contemplating calling UIC to ask about my admission status but I am worried they haven't reviewed my application yet. I applied on 11/27-- any advice?
