The Spring semester is just getting started in the US; the faculty (who makes decisions) is getting started on teaching and staff (who send out decision) are clearing their desks. Just give it another 15 days or more for the results to trickle in. -
I think you have a high probability of getting the PhD admit. My reasoning is that you are an alumni and have a good GPA. The GRE does not really matter here.
