I didn't get quite that much, but not far off. 31k is about 2/3 of the full tuition, which seems great! With that said, I imagine a full ride to WashU will be tough to pass up!

For what it's worth I saw this on the UChicago website: Although scholarship/gift aid is awarded for one year, 99 percent of scholarships/gifts were renewed for second-year students last year.

Definitely stay hopeful! I don't know how their process works, but the way they release decisions may be either a) more random than we might expect or b) based on some criterion we wouldn't expect I was surprised by this as well! Not sure yet! I have an interview next week for the full-time MBA program at UW-Madison, and I'll need to wait for their decision before making my own. I plan to do some more talking with each of the programs I'm accept to to help guide my choice. I only applied to programs that I know I want to attend, but the reason for each is different. It's going to be tough no matter what! What about you??

Just accepted to NYU's Shanghai / NYC program, with 17k scholarship. I'm not sure whether these are going out on a different timeline from the general MSW.

In the forum for Fall 2019, a couple people received decisions around now with more decisions happening in the beginning of February. I haven't called or spoken with anyone directly about it though, so I'm not sure what it might look like this year.

Hi All. I've been following along for a while now, but thought that I'd post now in reply. I applied to U Chicago on 12/1 and NYU (Shanghai) on 1/10 for full-time SW programs (also applied to the full-time MBA program at UW-Madison, but that's outside this particular forum). I got confirmations that my applications were complete, but otherwise haven't heard anything back yet. Here's to hoping!
