Hi! I did my interview on Tuesday and here are the questions they ask me. They asked my to talk about one of the essential attributes that I put in my essay and how I think that's an important attribute to social work. They talked a lot about field placement, and asked me what I would do if I was put into a field placement where I don't look like others around me, for example to work with African American community while I'm Asian. Also asked a more general question about what social justice means to me. And I believe the last question was to talk about an experience where I encountered difficulties and setbacks. I asked a question about filed placement and the choice of practice field. I had two interviewer and they were all really nice, they said I'd hear back this week so I'm anxiously waiting haha. Hi! I got into Fordham Lincoln Center as well! I'm still waiting for other schools but Fordham is one of my top choices!

Hey I just called and the lady was super sweet. She said my application was completed in Dec and has been under reviewed, and it's a 'strange one' that I didn't get that confirmation earlier. So I guess it's just a tech issue! She says her best guess is I'd hear by the next week or two, fingers crossed lol. Best of luck to you!!

Just got an email from CU saying my application is complete... But I submitted on 12/1 and they told me my application was complete when I called them, anyone knows if this means anything?

That actually makes sense since I wrote in my statement that I'm hoping to do work around policy practice and advocacy (NGOs, corporate social responsibility..), and the NYU program is very specialized in clinical social work I think. Anyway thank you for this and CONGRATULATIONS!!!
