Historically, schools like UChicago, Rutgers, Yale, JHU, CUNY run interviews. Requests are sent out around mid-January or late January. UCI last year had interviews too. You can look up interview information on Result page. There are a bunch of postings about getting interviews. 😊

I got an acceptance via email on Feb 28th and the portal updated just now today. There are some acceptances posted on the result board too, for McGill Sociology

Anyone applied to UMass Amherst? They barely have news....

Anyone has any idea about the Brown acceptance on the result board? Brown doesn't usually send out acceptance this early.....

Toronto has sent out acceptances and waitlists. It is an email notification from Graduate Office.

We are actually referring to 2 "UT". UT is University of Texas at Austin, and U of T is University of Toronto. UT Austin sent out some acceptances but no rejections yet. University of Toronto has no news at all at this time.

I feel like UofT is gonna send out decisions this Thursday. Historically it was usually the last Friday of January.

I have emailed Toronto and the program officer says: "We should be able to start releasing decisions in mid-late February" While from the past record, Toronto releases results much earlier than mid-February.

The result board says it's an email from DGS.

Anyone claim the UCLA acceptance? Congratulations! I did not apply to UCLA but still, congrats!

Has anyone heard anything from UT Austin or Toronto? Historically, they will send out results next week!

Hi all! Regarding application updates, UT Austin has started reviewing materials and MIT Sloan (if anyone here has applied too) also started the process right before christmas. But I think they are still in the stage of administrator checking materials like transcripts, degrees etc. Committee has not been involved yet! (Personal guess) Good luck to you all!!

I haven’t heard back from u of Toronto. But I know it has send out few acceptances for PhD and master, for both international and Canadian students

i know UCLA has sent out some acceptance but it seems to send them in rounds. my status for U of Toronto also stays “under review”

I apply to uoft but hear nothing yet. I think they are still going through phd applications. Master applications are still under review
