I heard back from SFU on March 23rd! It was through an unofficial email and it specifically stated that everything is going considerably slower because everyone is working from home instead. I’m still yet to receive my official offer, so I wouldn’t worry too much yet!

My funding was included with my acceptance but I think if you had above an 8.0 admission average you’ll receive the funding but less than that you won’t receive any. It also may just be taking a couple days so maybe wait it out and then email? I don’t think it’s passive to ask about funding because it’s a really important part of your decision.

I applied in November! I think my references sent their letters in late November as well.

Not sure if anyone else applied to GSPIA, but I got an offer from them on January 15th (which is oddly early, right?) Haven’t heard anything from Carleton though! Wonder if other schools will be earlier this year or if it was just uOttawa?
