I have received admission at WVU in Computer Science PhD starting Fall 2020 with full funding and tuition waiver (of 9 credits). I still deciding whether or not I should I attend WVU. What worries me is the reputation of the university - "Party School". I am not sure if this title suits the grad school at all. Does anyone have any review about the program? This would help me a lot in making a good decision. Thanks!
