I ended up emailing admissions to get an aproximate date and all I got was a response saying: "Please visit our Application Checklist page for the decision target dates. We are not able to provide a “specific date”. Decisions may be made earlier or later than expected and will be sent electronically to the email address provided at time of application" Hoping that we will hear back in May and not have to wait until June!!!

Has anyone heard back from Laurier for the MSW Part time (online) foundation program for working professionals? The website says target for offers is May, and I know it is only May 3rd but I have already been obsessively refreshing my Laurier Grad app lol.

Does anyone have an opinion they could share on the MSW for working professional program at UWindsor (Peel) and the MSW part-time online at Laurier? Debating my options and would love to hear anyones opinion! Does one have more of a clinical focus? Thanks! Katie

What type of program does UWindsor offer? Is it community based social work or does it have a clinical aspect as well?

Hey! The same thing happened to me, I had originally applied in December and at the end of February my status date changed and still said in process. A week later I was accepted, so I am hoping the same for you!

Has anyone heard back from University of Windsor MSW for working professionals (non BSW route? I was told 4-6 weeks but I applied mid December and still haven't heard back yet. My status change date still says in process but my status change date changed to Feb 25th. Has anyone else experienced anything similar?

Thanks! It is so hard to wait! Yes I am referring to the one where you attend class in person on weekends, I applied to the Peel location. I have also applied to WLU MSW online for a September start, but I have heard I won't hear back until at least May 2021. Thanks for your help Katie

Hey! I know your post is from a year ago, but I have just applied to the 2 year MSW online program. I am about to finish my undergrad in Early Childhood Education (Honours) and have about 10 years experience working in the field of Early Childhood Education, my current job for the last 2 and a half years has been a consultant where I mentor other educators. Do you know what admissions looks for when considering who gets accepted into the program? Thanks!
