I saw this on the results page : I emailed Rice and this is what I received. “ Thank you for applying to the Chemistry Graduate Program at Rice University. This year we had an exceptional number of strong applicants and have made the majority of the offers. I’m not sure there will be many more offers given at this time. If there are any changes to the status, you will receive an email or call from one of our faculty members.“ I guess the rest of us are going to be rejected. Sad

For what I’ve noticed, they do fund you fully with the the stipends, unless stated otherwise - this is for the schools I’ve looked at
