I have a general question. Is it weird to accept an offer right away (two days post-acceptance) if you know you want to join the program? I’ve basically made my decision, but technically I’m waiting on one more admissions decision since I just had my interview last week.

I was and received a really nice email from Wes last night! Totally wasn’t expecting to hear back over the weekend haha. This is my top choice, I’m so excited!!!
The email said the co-directors have met so I assume the rest of the offers will roll out soon depending on the track.

I have my interview for NBB this week, it looks like each weekend had ~30 people. Does anyone know how many offers they will send out? It’s my dream program/school so I’m really hoping I receive an offer!

So what does it mean if I haven't gotten a rejection from U of Washington Neuro yet? Someone said all invites have gone out but is there a waitlist? It seems odd that they would do their rejections in batches.
Also haven't gotten anything from Yale INP or NYU Neuro yet but I assume those are rejections as well?
Overall, I've gotten invites to 6 out of 9 programs so I'm happy, but I'd like to know about the other ones to know if I have to add any more interviews ?

I applied to the cellular and molecular track and heard back on 12/22 with an invite. Hope this helps!

Thank you! I will be hearing back from the last program this week so it doesn’t hurt to wait I guess haha. It’s hard to phrase emails to prospective mentors that have reached out from the school I want to attend though.
