Well a know some maw programs rehired internship for their program and if it's a state internship by law u must pass a background check. If ure worried about it u may want to reconsider the field since most jibs are govenment jobs whch requires a background check
I would say overall, us masters are seen more highly based the fact us masters are 2 years and uk is 1 year. But overall it depends on you are going to focus on.
