Hello, I was extended an offer from SIU's child track and released the offer. I think they are going through their offers right now and try not to reach out to the waitlist until they have more info. However, I think the DCT said it was fine to reach out about your status and placement on the waitlist.

According to the results page, Syracuse University still hasn't sent out interview invites. I don't know how accurate that is because their original interview dates were supposed to be in mid/late February, but as we all have experienced, this application season has been weird so anything is possible. From my understanding of it, the likelihood of that depends on if their initial offers/waitlist offers are accepted or not. If everyone turns down an offer for a specific faculty member and that faculty member needs an incoming student, they may go back and invite a few more people for a second round of interviews. But honestly this application season has been weird so who knows. Good luck!!

I'm in the same boat! I interview on the 12th too (so tomorrow) and still haven't received a schedule. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to word an email to the admissions coordinator who's in charge of sending out the schedules?

Hello! So I think I messed up and honestly I just want to gauge how bad this could ruin my chances. I originally had an interview scheduled and then received an invite from another school on the same day the first interview was scheduled. I didn't think much of it because the school I originally got an invite from had multiple interview days, so I just called the person who sent the email (someone who works in their psych office) and asked if I could move my interview day to one of the other days. She said that was absolutely fine and I thought nothing of it, they just emailed me about my updated interview with the PI CC'ed, and I replied to the PI and thanked her for her flexibility. Now I've seen a post or two in other places talking about interview conflicts and how bad it is to reschedule. Did I mess up? All I can do now is apologize and profusely thank the PI I applied to for her flexibility again, but I just want to be prepared. Thanks!

Hello! Southern Illinois clinical program has not yet sent out invites. The DCT sent out an email on the 6th that they would not be sending out invites for another 2 to 2.5 weeks but I've heard they might be a little later than that. Hope that helps!
