You're referring to uozone right? They have a broadcast message saying there were issues between 8 to 9am today, my portal appears fine so you can double check yours now 
I really hope they don't delay the admission offers like they did last year (according to 2020 forum)!!

(Does anyone know if Toronto, McMaster or Ottawa also update their portals/ORPAS at midnight or if they wait to contact us during business hours on April 1st?) I'm so nervous! Hey everyone! I got accepted to Dalhousie this morning  Goodluck to all of you who are waiting to hear from Ontario schools tonight and other schools soon!!!

Ahhh! I can't believe that we will hear from at least Western tonight! (Does anyone know if Toronto, McMaster or Ottawa also update their portals/ORPAS at midnight or if they wait to contact us during business hours on April 1st?) I'm so nervous! I don't know how I will focus on my classes today... Good luck everyone!

this is my second time applying and the wait between acceptance, waitlist and rejection letters seems to be really long this year ? 

My guess is that since the interviews were held online this year and people didn't need to travel to McMaster's campus for the interview, there was probably less people that declined the interview offer compared to previous years. 

McMaster updated their website with the average sub-GPA of applicants who received interviews for admission. This year it was 3.9, which I think is high compared to previous years. 

That seems crazy high especially as just the average for interviews! I saw on the forum that previous years it was like a 3.8ish so that feels like a big jump I wonder why it went up so much.

I wish UofT had a portal

I think they might mean the ORPAS portal, because acceptances/waitlist/rejections will appear there for all of the Ontario schools!
Although I can't guarantee they appear there at midnight for all of the schools (I know for some responses in the past they've gone out during business hours, I recall someone on a past forum mentioning UofT doing this in particular).

Ever since I found out we will know at midnight EST, I have been going back and fourth as to whether I will check that night or the morning. Although I go to bed at 10:00pm each night (I know I am a Grandma) so I could easily avoid checking. But I am not sure so we shall see!! I just have my fingers crossed that I get accepted!

This is so accurate. My family knows that I will hear back April 1st but I am giving myself some breathing space by not telling them that acceptances come in at midnight.

If you've activated your Student ID at Western, you could see your admissions decision right at midnight (accepted, rejected, waitlisted) through student.uwo.ca
I've only ever been rejected or waitlisted, so I got the actual email for both UofT and Western during the day on April 1. My ORPAS also stayed blank (under choices/offers). Maybe acceptances appear on ORPAS right at midnight? I'm not sure. 

yeah that will be very helpful especially if someone applied to Ottawa U PLZ
