Anyone declining Tufts? I was placed on their wait list. I know it is an incredibly small program.

Hi, I'm an international student, I received fully funded PhD offers to the English program at Miami University Ohio and Louisiana State University. I am however on a wait list in Tufts University and the deadline is gradually creeping in. I do not want to miss either of these opportunities while waiting for Tufts, and I'll also feel bad if I accept either of them and Tufts comes in positive later. How do I go about this? Getting a visa to the US from Nigeria is not a walk in the park and a senseless delay could impede on the entire process. If you were me, what would you do?
