I heard that the 15th is the last day for applicants to accept offers, but that schools can still extend more offers after that date. So you could still hear back from a school after that deadline!

You're not alone! I recently got rejected off one waitlist and am still waiting to hear back from another program post-interview (no decision has been made yet)

Is anyone still waiting for an offer from U of Toledo? I spoke with my PI a few weeks ago and they said they were still deliberating on who to extend offers to and that my app is still being considered...is anyone else in the same boat?
