Has anyone at all received a rejection from JHU? Haven't seen any posts of rejections on the results page, only acceptances. I received an email from a person in the department saying that if I haven't received an update yet than my application is still being considered. I know the deadline for most schools requiring a decision is coming soon so they can't possibly be considering their decision for much longer right? So frustrating...

I was talking to Janet MacDonald who said she would get back to me soon with some information, but again I haven't heard back.

Is anyone who was accepted to JHU - particularly in the physical or materials chem program - planning on rejecting their offer???

Has anyone heard from JHU since they extended their application deadline to 1/15? I submitted after the original deadline but before the 1/15 deadline and have yet to see any additional offers made. I contacted the admissions department and the chemistry department coordinator. Only the admissions department responded and told me to contact the chemistry department head who I have yet to hear back from. I don't really care what the decision is but I wish they would at least tell me if I'm on the waitlist or rejected so I can make my decision since JHU is a top pick of mine.
