I read somewhere that at minimum, a re-applicant should edit the essays to improve them (especially if their first application did not led to any funding or/and lead to waitlist). The essay prompts may also change.
But I agree, especially for MPA-ID, the application process was gruelling in terms of the amount and length of essays required.
Maybe this is a stupid question, but will those waitlisted now get to know the final outcomes of their financial aid apps (regardless of outcome) soon too? Especially involving financial aid that do not come directly from HKS’s funding pot.
Makes sense. I am an international myself, so there’s the risk....but after getting rejected from a competing school just a week ago, I did not see this coming so I am quite pleased!
