Hey @Bojan123, unfortunately I was rejected today. Only 36 out of 561 applicants were nominated for the scholarship in Latin America, which is a depressed percentage compared to other regions. I won be able to try again next year because I just started another master programe in my home country, but if you gonna try again next year I recommend you to work on your portfolio because it really is what matters the most, says every scholarship holder I talked to. Im sorry to hear that. Where did you applyed from? Have you just got the news? I wonder why I havent got any updates. I really dont think Im one of the 53 lucky applicants. I also applyed for HFBK Hamburg and Hfk Bremen but I was already rejected by HFBK. Anyone else is still waiting?

"unfortunately the process is being delayed but we will inform you about the results as soon as possible!" I got this message over a week ago ? last year the results were available first week of june, so 3 more weeks to hit last years date

Hey Daria, Weird, the information I have is different. They said to me that the decisions were made and the results would be available after the Easter holiday in Germany (two weeks ago). So I strongly believe the waiting is near for all of us since this selection is integrated in Germany. I am also not feeling confident, but theres no logical reason for this. Anyone got news from Scholarships for Postgraduate Studies in the Fields of Fine Art, Film, Design/Visual Communication and Film? I was expecting the results to be out today ?

By the way, its not really related to DAAD, but you guys know any other scholarship opportunities for Europe in the fields of arts? I got selected for an Erasmus Mundus master programme but without scholarship. Its too expansive for me.

I just got a response from the DAAD portal saying they "still do not know when the results of the selection will be available" However, it was not the same person as usual and the answer was contradictory to the last one which said that the results would be available by the end of March at the latest. ?

Oh, I hope there aren't any more steps to take and they're just finishing the process. I've read that some scholarship winners haven't even had their status changed from 'paper copies received', so I believe it's really random. At least I hope so because mine still 'paper copies received' as well. ? I will let you guys know if she answer me.

Hey Daria, A month ago Maria José said the comittee was making the decisions and the results would be available until the end of march at the latest. I sent another message this week and got no answer, hopefully she is busy putting toguether the results ? So at most two more weeks. (collapsing inside)

Hey! Honestly, don't worry so much about the status. "Paper copies received" means your documentation is okay and after that the only statuses that matter are the final ones: "application rejected/ accepted". Based on past year, any other status changes are kind of inconsistent. Also, when the results are finally avaiable you will receive an email (daad portal message) with the award/rejection letter.

Hey guys! I messaged/called both responsables for the design/film/visual arts masters scholarships in Brazil and Germany, and they said our applications are being evaluated this present week in Germany, and the results will be available soon, later by the end of March. The wait won't be that long this year ? Good luck for us! ?

I've heard the same thing, that's shady. I don't know him, I met udk through one of my professors, I didnt applyed there because the program is launching this year so I wasnt sure about it, maybe it was the perfect chance.. idk haha Fingers crossed ?

I was also rejected by hfbk (film) now waiting on hfk - bremen and film university in potsdam. Udk is a great option, good luck!

Finally! I guess Brazillian office was actually very honest when they told me the results could be out anytime within the first semester, and since the results from the Uni will only be out by the end of this month its even better if I know everything at once haha ? Where are you applying to?
