Awarded! IM: E/E/VG BI: VG/VG/VG I applied last year and got better ratings (and no award/HM) but my comments were better and more complementary! Applied under Geosciences- Biological Oceanography. The ratings can be confusing because I arguably got higher ratings last year, but NSF assigns each reviewer a z-score based on how "tough" a reviewer they are. Last year I got easy reviewers who gave out more Es, this year I guess I got harder reviewers who still liked me application. Congrats to all the awardees and HM! And if you didn't get it this year--don't give up! Applying on it's own is a huge accomplishment, and if you're eligible, use the feedback and make it stronger for next time.

Same, I got the email before checking the portal (though they will tell you the result in the email itself). I think technically the list goes live before emails go out, but I'm going to try my best to snooze and just wait for the email. One way or another the waiting will be DONE!

Honestly I wouldn't be surprised if they wait another week. Who wants to get this news on April Fools Day?

The release results/reviews through your FastLane account, reviews show up under Application Package Optional Task List -> View/Print Application Reviews. That option isn't live yet, and the Award List has 2022 at the top with nothing in the table. I tried to see if they had it sitting in the Excel link on the Awards page but it's just empty columns

Same! Feedback was positive, though I think one reviewer didn't really understand my proposal. They said my application would be stronger with a letter from a PhD advisor explaining the merit behind it but I'm starting my PhD in the fall... ? there's always next year!

Just submitted mine! After reading the threads from previous years I think I reviewed it 8 times to make sure I had everything entered correctly and my uploads weren't messed up somehow. Good luck everyone and see you in the spring!
