Still waiting for results and it is the 17th days since the acceptances were received for MPA and MPP. Regarding time for accepting / rejecting offer, from previous posts it is two weeks.

Yes, for both MPA and MPP. Only LKYSPP can understand the logic behind these decisions in tranches. for MIA first decision came in around March.

Hi! It was good. No, not at all, I will like sharing my experience. I sent email to LKYSPP admissions regarding case study and they replied me that my interview will not be based on case study (surprise). Later, my interview started sharp at 0300 pm(schedules time), interviewer was polite, nice and courteous. He sad during intro that he has say in my admission decision. Interview questions were general, more of like a conversation, following a natural flow. At the end he asked me if I had any questions. I said yes :P a. I was expecting a case study based interview however a general discussion based interview caught me off guard. Maybe I am reading between the lines but why was my interview not case study based. Reply: Admission team decides whether an interview is based on case study or not. And then he added that probably this does not have any affect on decisions and it just varies and is a process. b. I asked question about Governance Project.

Thank you. Also, LKYSPP keeps the process going in tranches for over 3 months and even 4 so, wait is going to be nerve wrecking

Hi! Your profile says that you are the one who is going to get offer for the program without interview. I submitted by application on 15th December. Regarding my profile, I have over 7 years of experience of which 3 years relate to public policy, 1 year to industry and 3 years to academia. I did MBA and also have an M.S in finance.

I received email on 14th March and interview is schedule on 24th March.

PS a candidate also received interview invite for MPP.

I haven't heard anything for MPP however, I received an interview invite for MPA and another applicant received offer for MIA

Received rejection.

From previous posts, it was 2 to three days on average. However, this time acceptances were on Friday and Saturday and Sunday are not working days.

Though I know rejection it is but I still am looking forward as MIRACLES DO HAPPEN

I am not sure but maybe the interviews are for those candidates about whom committee was not sure if they should be accepted or not and they want to be sure about whom to select from a pool of candidates they are not sure about. (Just a theory).

Looking for any trend to the contrary but so far for BSG acceptances are sent on the same day and rejections follow after 2 days. However, in other departments, batches are mixed i.e. both acceptance and rejections are communicated in batches.

I haven't received any email and seeing past trends, acceptances are followed by rejections.

Please check the upload buttons tab on your portal. The button has disappeared for a number of applicants for MPP program.

I haven't received anything yet, however, i emailed the school and their reply is copied below: Please note that the final admissions outcome will be released to applicants by batches via email from April onwards. if you are required to attend an interview, you will be informed via email in March. Please note that not all selected candidates are required to attend an interview.

I did not find thread for this year so created one. I heard that last year interview invites were sent from February 22 onwards so I am creating this thread to share any updates on admission applications.
