Any advice for how to politely ask about your waitlist position? Trying to steel myself for another cycle of apps...

Just got an email from the Hopkins SBS program director that I've been waitlisted and that a change to the portal will be following soon. Congrats to those who got in.

Yeah, I'm in the same boat. HBS finished interviews 2/4. My interviewer had said we'd be getting an email from the coordinator with the decision a couple of weeks after interviews. It's been about 3 weeks so hopefully they'll release more decisions soon.

Any advice for dealing with the waitlist stress? My POI at one of my top choices and I spoke over Zoom last week and he told me that I was unofficially in a category called "accepted pending funding availability". He said he thought I'd have more definite news within the next 30 days based on previous years, but that we might not know until April 15th. I have a pretty clear idea of what happened and why (absolutely nothing to do with me) but this is still nerve-wracking.

Long time lurker, first time poster. Anyone heard from Hopkins SBS since interview? Or know when decisions are going to come out? My interviewer had told me we'd get an email from the DGC with funding package info a couple of weeks post-interview but didn't give me a good timeline of when that'd be.
