    Got accepted into Northwestern too! Cannot believe my luck. Seems like financial aid info will be out in the next two weeks. I really like Medill, but it's gonna be a tough choice between Columbia and NW. Congrats to everyone who got accepted!

    @GradCat2022 Congrats on your acceptance! Which program/concentration did you apply for Columbia? I also applied to Medill and NYU's Newsdoc program, can't wait to find out! That said, I'm 90 percent sure that I'll go to Columbia - I'm not from the US, and it seems like Northwestern and NYU typically don't give out huge scholarship to international students. Super thankful for Columbia's offer tho.

    Just got my BU acceptance letter plus a small scholarship. I'm turning it down since Columbia offered a substantial amount of aid. People who applied to BU before February 1st (priority deadline) should be expecting to hear from them now

    @NYCGrad19 idk much about Stabile, but on last year’s thread documentary ppl were invited for an interview. It also seems like only the specialized programs include interview as part of the process I think docu and Stabile fall under the general MS program, so they might share the same selection process?

    @NYCGrad19 hello! I applied to Columbia’s data track and had an interview with them the beginning of February! They said we should expect to hear around mid-march and I haven’t heard anything since. I also applied to NYU’s newsdoc program and just got an interview this morning. I talked with a grad student at the program who said results typically come out by the end of March. Hope this helps!
