I suppose that would make sense. I'm wondering what the hold-up is in that case. Based on what I'm seeing, it looks like the Writers' Workshop applicants were notified by mail, but the NWP rejections I saw were via email. Either way, I'm assuming it's either a rejection or a waitlist, so I'm not feeling anxious enough to email them just yet. Just a bit impatient.

Gosh, I wish I'd known about this forum when I first started applying, lol. I'm wondering if anyone else is still waiting to hear back from Iowa Nonfiction? I've heard back from everyone else and it's feeling a bit weird since I've seen a couple rejections and acceptances posted a couple weeks ago. I've made my mind up with what I've got on the table so far, but I don't want to accept anything officially with loose ends still out there.
