UCLA REU sponsored by the NSF and a big tech company, presented the project at the company headquarters and approved to present it at the 2023 Joint Mathematics Meetings.
Senior thesis advised by a professor from UC, Boulder.

2nd out of 40 students from the Statistics and Data Science bachelors.
Gold (bronze) at a state (national) mathematics olympiad.
First student from a university of my country to be accepted to the UCLA REU.

Data science internship at a bank in Brazil for 11 months.
Project assistant for a economics professor from a university from Czech Republic for 4 months.
TA for 3 statistics classes.
Letters of Recommendation:
I expect to have at least three really great letters, one from my research advisor (professor) from Brazil (knows me for 2.5+ years), one from the professor of UC, Boulder (knows me for almost a year), one from my UCLA REU mentor (researcher at the big tech company).
Expect to have one more good (possibly great) letter from a staff of the UCLA REU.
